When rich and poor countries grow together, the rich will keep getting richer, and the poor poorer. When knowledge flows into the minds of people, it cant help but overflow into pure commodity for the powerful, and enlightement for the weak. When time in life has lowered its expectations to a level of mediocrity, it cant help it but perfect itself.
